The Cube Orange+ Standard Set(ADS-B Carrier Board)
Cubepilot The Cube Orange+ Standard Set comes with an ADS‑B carrier board. It features a high‑performance dual‑core H7 processor. This H7 chip combines a 400 MHz Cortex‑M7 double‑precision core and a 200 MHz Cortex‑M4 core, alongside 2 MB Flash and 1 MB RAM. This dual‑core hardware delivers high‑performance, stable flight control.
Furthermore, its carrier board integrates a uAvionix 1090 MHz ADS‑B receiver. Therefore, flight software can collect position data from nearby manned aircraft. This function boosts overall UAV flight safety. Besides, this open‑source flight controller works with ArduCopter, ArduPlane and ArduRover. It also serves as the upgraded successor to the Pixhawk 2.1 Cube Black.

The new Cube Orange+ Flight Controller
Next, let us look at the new Cube Orange+ beta‑version flight controller. It adopts the STM32H757 dual‑core chip with M7 and M4 cores. Moreover, it upgrades to triple‑redundant IMU sensors for higher system redundancy.
For better vibration resistance, two IMU groups apply mechanical isolation. This design lowers frame‑vibration interference for state estimation. In addition, on‑board heating resistors regulate IMU temperature. As a result, IMUs always run under optimal working conditions.
All FMU and IMU hardware fits inside this compact cube‑shaped module. Meanwhile, an 80‑pin DF17 connector supports all CubePilot carrier boards. Thus commercial system builders gain simple plug‑and‑play options. What is more, developers can also build custom carrier boards for special project requirements.
This open‑source unit upgrades the old Pixhawk 2.1 Cube Black. Its STM32H7 chip runs four‑times faster than the Cube Black’s STM32F4 chip. It also carries improved sensors compared with Cube Black. Note that Cube Orange+ only supports APM firmware. By contrast, Cube Black runs both APM and PX4 firmware

The price of old cube orange set increased too much, and now the cheaper one came out really save a lot of money for our project
